Our Story
American Land MGMT was born out of a simple frustration: property owners in Brevard and Indian River Counties deserved a demolition contractor they could actually trust — one that shows up on time, communicates clearly, and leaves the site cleaner than they found it.
We started with residential work — pool removals, concrete slabs, tree clearing — and built our reputation job by job. Word spread. Today we handle everything from single-family teardowns to commercial site clearing, always with the same crew-level accountability that got us here.
